Mankato Mental Health Associates PA offers mental health, chemical
dependency, dietary and nutritional, mediation and conflict resolution services, and massage to help individuals
resolve problem areas in their lives. Our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Nationally Certified Therapist in Massage and Bodywork, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Mediator are understanding professionals who strive to help their clients work through their emotional, physical, and relational distress and to identify their strengths and talents as well. Our professionals will listen, understand the problem, help find solutions, and develop effective skills to implement these strategies. The client is responsible for helping the counselors understand his or her life situation, process thoughts and feelings, and then utilize these newly learned skills to work on resolution of the issue that they brought into therapy.
