Dawn M. Ulrich, MS
Certified Mediator and Psychotherapist

Dawn earned her Master of Science degree in counseling from Moorhead State University.  She specializes in individual, group, couples, and family therapy with adolescents and adults.  

Her areas of expertise include eating disorders, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, women's issues, relationship and family of origin concerns, and GLBT issues.

Dawn is a certified mediator and has been trained in Family LawMediation, Domestic Law Mediation, and conflict resolution in a variety of situations.

Marlae R. Cox-Kolek, MS, LPCC, LADC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

 

Marlae is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, who earned her Masters degree in community counseling from Mankato State University.

Her areas of expertise include counseling individuals with dual diagnosis such as mental illness and chemical dependency, grief and loss, family of origin and relational concerns, women's issues, addictions and relapse prevention, internet/sexual addictions, and other life concerns.

Marlae has lived in the Mankato area since 1992.

 

Georgianna Elliott, RD,MA,LD
Registered Dietitian
Licensed Dietitian

George received her degree in Home Econmomics with an emphasis in Foods and Nutrition from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois. After working in clinical settings, she decided that the relationship between emotions and food was an integral part of her practice and she obtained a Masters of Arts degree in Guidance and Counseling from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.

George has been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years and brings her passion for good health and well being to her practice. George has had the pleasure to work with clients from all age groups in many clinical and outpatient settings.

George's particular interests include working with clients of all ages to promote a healthy relationship with food and body image, individuals struggling with eating disorders,sports nutrition, weight management and promoting overall health and well being to contribute to a greater quality of life.
Shannon Schindele, NCTMB
Nationally Certifed Therapist in Massage and Bodywork

Shannon Schindele is a graduate of AKS Massage School in Herndon, Virginia and a B.A. in Sociology from Minnesota State University Mankato.

Shannon is nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork and has practiced as a nationally certified massage therapist in a chiropractic setting for six years. She offers many massage modalities which include medical massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, corporate chair massage and infant massage.

Shannon has had a growing interest in combining the benefits of massage therapy with the benefits of counseling for individuals recovering from addiction, those suffering from eating disorders, survivors of abuse, and individuals with other mental health issues.

She believes that massage is an essential entity for everyone’s well-being physical, mental and emotional, from infant to elderly.

Shannon lived in Mankato 1995-1999 and has now returned.
